And south of downtown Richmond is the residential and industrial neighborhood of Manchester, which is home to the sixty-foot Manchester Wall, a local brewery, and several art galleries as well. North of Carytown and west of the Fan district is the Museum District which is anchored by a row of museums stretching across six blocks on the west side of Boulevard. In addition to museums, the neighborhood encompasses several charming boutiques and small restaurants. And these are only a few of the fabulous neighborhoods in Richmond. Others include Near West End, Northside, Southampton, Oregon Hill, Scott’s Addition, Shockoe Slip, Byrd Park, Union Hill, Shockoe Bottom, Westover Hills, and Woodland Heights.
